Dressing room // West Loop/ Chicago, Illinois

This was a special project because it involved making a dream come true – the dream of the perfect dressing room that is harbored by every woman I know. The room was part of a larger project commissioned by Nate Berkus and was inspired by an old English library. A bleached knotty pine covers the cabinetry as well as the paneled walls that transition to the doors. The room provides customized storage for everything from clothing to accessories to jewelry, which is housed in specially designed locked trays.
